Big Thai Pepper is an incredibly unique and flavorful pepper variety from Thailand. It has a unique flavor profile that combines a mild heat with a hint of sweetness. The peppers are large in size, with a thick, crunchy skin and a juicy, sweet flesh. The pods are often used in Thai curries, stir-fries, and soups. This pepper is also a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and sauces.

Big Thai Pepper has a high level of capsaicin, which is the compound that gives peppers their unique flavor and heat. It has a Scoville rating of up to 50,000 units, making it one of the hottest peppers on the market. The heat level can be adjusted by removing the seeds and veins before cooking.

The pepper plants are easy to grow and thrive in warm climates. They are usually started from seeds planted in late spring, and the plants can reach up to 3 feet in height. The peppers can be harvested when they reach the desired size, which will typically take around 75 days.

This variety of pepper has an impressive nutritional profile. It is a good source of vitamin A, C, and B6, as well as magnesium, potassium, and dietary fiber. It also contains capsaicin, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Big Thai Pepper is a great option for those who are looking for an easy-to-grow, flavorful, and nutritious pepper variety. It adds a unique and delicious flavor to dishes, and its high level of capsaicin makes it perfect for adding spice and heat.
