1. Calendula is a flowering plant that is native to the Mediterranean region. It has bright yellow or orange flowers and is used in gardens and herbal medicine. The flowers of the plant can be dried and ground into a powder, which is then used in teas, tinctures, and salves.

2. Calendula has many beneficial properties and is used to treat a variety of ailments, including inflammation, skin irritations, and digestive issues. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antimicrobial properties.

3. The dried flowers of Calendula can also be used to make a tea. To make a tea, simply add one tablespoon of dried Calendula flowers to a cup of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes, and strain. The tea can be enjoyed hot or cold and can be flavored with honey or lemon.

4. Calendula is also used to make a tincture. To make a tincture, mix one part Calendula flowers with two parts alcohol or vodka and allow to steep for at least two weeks. Once ready, strain the mixture and store in a dark, cool place.

5. Finally, Calendula can be used to make a salve. To make a salve, melt 1/4 cup of beeswax in a double boiler and add 1/4 cup of Calendula-infused oil. Stir until the wax is melted and then pour into molds. Allow the salve to cool and harden before using.
