It has a dense canopy of leaves, with orange, yellow, and red leaves in the fall. It is a popular choice for landscaping in many parts of the world due to its striking colors and shape.

The Orange Sugar Maple grows best in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. It is tolerant of a wide range of soil types and can be grown in areas with a pH range of 5-7.5. It is a hardy tree that is resistant to pests and diseases and can thrive in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 85°F.

The Orange Sugar Maple produces a unique type of nut called the Orange Sugar Maple Nut. These nuts are a cross between the traditional maple nut and the much sweeter orange nut. They have a sweet, nutty flavor and can be eaten raw, cooked, or used for baking.
