Kohlrabi is a plant of the cabbage family that has a sweet, mild flavor. Its edible parts include the swollen stem, which is often served cooked or raw, and the leaves, which are sometimes eaten as a leafy green. Both parts are high in fiber, vitamin C, and other nutrients.

Kohlrabi seeds have a long history of use as a food source and were an important crop in European and Asian cultures. They can be eaten raw, roasted, or ground into a flour. The seeds are rich in protein, fiber, and minerals, and they can be added to soups, salads, or baked goods.

The leaves of the Kohlrabi plant are also edible and are often cooked in stir-fries or soups. They are high in iron, calcium, and vitamins A, C, and K. The leaves can also be eaten raw in salads or as a garnish.

Kohlrabi is a versatile vegetable that can be boiled, steamed, roasted, grilled, or used in stir-fries. It has a sweet, mild flavor that pairs well with other vegetables, grains, and proteins. The flesh of the plant is firm and crunchy and can be eaten raw or cooked.
